Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

At Twoora, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This right is subject to applicable consumer protection laws and legal exceptions.

Returned products should be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may be held responsible for any reduction in the value of a product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics.
